We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything in the city easily accessible. The host, Lucia, was amazing. She was very helpful and communicative, going above and beyond to assist us during our time in this city. The room was good value for the price and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests and the shared apartment space added to the overall experience.
Couldn't fault anything about our stay.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the host, Lucia, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information about what to see and do in the area. She even recommended a fantastic local market and a beautiful beach that we ended up spending two days at. a lovely host and a great stay.
There were a couple of minor issues. the room was a bit warm, even with the fan on, and the water pressure in the shower was not the best.

I had a great stay at Heart Of Palma! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and making us feel welcome. The room was spacious and cute, providing everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel.
Despite the positive aspects, I did find a couple of drawbacks during my stay. The bathroom could have been larger and it would have been nice to have air conditioning in the room.
